1. Our delivery range
Our scope of delivery is the mainland of the United States, Canada, European, Australia, Japan and The rest of the country. we cann’t delivery to overseas islands.

2.How long can I receive my order?
After you pay, we need 2-3 days for delivery preparation.
Usually, we deliver the goods through Ups or FedEx, and the transportation time is about 4-15 working days.
When checking out, you can choose to pay for express logistics services according to your personal needs.

4. How to track my orders?
When we shipped out, I will send you an email with tracking number from info@iheatgloves.com, so please make sure to provide the correct email.
The courier may call you when it is unable to deliver. Please provide the correct phone number.

5. About product tax

If you order from the United States, Our products already include all taxes, and buyers don’t need to pay extra taxes.
If you order from outside of the United States, we cover any customs and import duties on orders up to $2,500. If you happen to be asked to pay any customs or import duties, please contact our Customer Care team here with proof of payment and we will refund charges when applicable. In certain cases, orders exceeding US$800 may be subject to customs clearance which may cause a delay in shipping.

Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.Please contact us if you plan on making an order exceeding $2,500.

6. How can I change my address? Please contact us by email within 12 hours after you place your order. The delivery address cannot be changed after 12 hours. If you have any questions, please contact us,or Send us an Email (info@iheatgloves.com)

7. LOST PACKAGE RESOLUTION

We offer 100% refund for packages that are:

  • Confirmed lost in transit
  • Show no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days
  • Verified by shipping carrier as lost

Note: Delivery delays due to customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other exceptional circumstances are not considered as lost packages.

Lost Package Verification
Package is considered lost when:

  • No tracking updates for 30 consecutive days
  • Tracking shows no movement in transit for 30 days
  • Confirmed lost by shipping carrier

Delivery Delay Exceptions
The following situations are NOT considered as lost packages:

  • Customs inspection delays
  • National/regional postal strikes
  • Natural disasters (floods, storms, etc.)
  • Public health emergencies
  • Local civil unrest or conflicts
  • Holiday season delays (Nov-Dec)
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Under these exceptional circumstances:

  • Delivery times may be extended
  • Standard tracking remains valid
  • Regular delivery process continues
  • Normal return policy applies once delivered
